In this vlog, we have noticed many replies from viewers that the prices are higher than in the US – not true, and that one can find cheaper properties – that is true, however, will you find a property that has a pool, washer, and dryer, and air conditioning in the bedrooms, probably not.
The type of lifestyle you desire will determine the budget you need to set aside for rent. Keep in mind that besides rent you will pay for such things as utilities, and cleaning. Our data points for this vlog are the 70 properties that we have in Granada with a sister property management company.
