We are upbeat on Nicaragua for 2021, since the volume of new business and contracts has significantly increased for the Granada market. Main reason is property valuation and buyers seeking an alternative market to invest in, relocation trend is also up to Nicaragua, we see younger people that can work remote wanting more space, healthier living and if possible as a bonus lower cost of living with a upside of improved quality of life.
