Good Morning Nicaragua from San Juan del Sur 
Another month has passed and we are writing our third newsletter.

Not much news here on our small farm, except the dry season is upon us and we used up all the water reserves from the rainy season.  That’s over 15,000 liters or 3900 gallons of rainwater.  We are planning to add more water tanks. The vegetable gardens are producing some amazing produce from eggplants, green peppers, salad, and more. The fruit trees are producing some great limes and lemons, and we already are out of our grapefruit.

During this month we had a car misfortune between Masaya and Managua. The good news in all of this is we had the phone numbers of two people that came to our rescue. So we decided to also record this and present the two people to our YouTube channel.

Some of you might know both of these individuals.  One was Walter Benavides, who also sells vehicles and actually helped us buy our present car three years ago.  Walter helped us get a tow truck. The other person was Edgar Gomez, he can be reached at 505-8553-2194, he provides a tour service, and taxi service for us as needed.  Both give amazing service, and Edgar was on site in less than 15 minutes.  And he drove us home after the car was dropped at the mechanic in Masaya.

This month we published a variety of items on the channel, as had stated previously we do more than just real estate, we also try to show about living in Nicaragua from the restaurants, shopping, and the various communities. 

We went to our first HIPICA horse show in Diriomo. Certainly saw some amazing horses and of course a lot of people enjoying the entertainment, food, and beverages. They had over 400 horses participate in this HIPICA event.
